The tall, good looking fellow appears in evening dress.
Mr. Kelcey leans almost entirely towards “coon” songs. The one exception to this is where he does a bit as a “cissy,” singing something about being a brave man; this is his best number.
His present turn will keep him in good standing in the small time, but not allow him to move up. He could do better if he used a different “rag” to replace “Steamboat Bill.” It is too palpable a steal from “Casey Jones” who is all through around here.
