In a turn of songs and parodies made up as a tramp. This fellow has some exceptionally good material, both in talk and songs and does a very acceptable turn. I think that there is no question but that in the near future he is going to be among the best of them. He is a little bit uncertain about his work just now, but his songs are all bright and fresh and he tells some very good ‘gags.’ He went very well this afternoon. 16 min in one.
