This woman is giving us quite a spectacular number. She opens the act in one with the midgets nicely costumed and finished on a full stage using het set to represent a Chinese garden with herself and the midgets dressed accordingly. Act is very neat and novel. 15 min. Open in one about seven minutes, closes full stage, 2 shows.
2 shows, 14 min in 1, open in 1, close full stage. Four little chaps who have not been seen here for as many years. They open in 1 with an imitation of a salvation army and then go to full stage with weightlifting, wrestling and work on rings. Every feat strongly applauded and they got a big hand at the finish. Excellent act for the early 2-show section.
This is the same act that was over the circuit last December, but it seems to be working smoother that it did then. Everyone of the little turns was cordially received by our audience on Monday afternoon and the varied nature of the act, introducing as it does, work walking, trapeze, singing and comedy sketch, makes it interesting from start to finish. 20 minutes; full stage.
15 mins. Open in one. Gar. In 3. Four little men, first time here. Same act as they have always presented, which is very good. Went well, and pleased throughout.
This is the best Lilliputian act of the whole lot. They do some really clever acrobatic work, heavy lifting, their comedy is good, and their wrestling bout at the finish is very strong. They open with 2 minutes in one and close full stage. Entire act 14. 2 shows.
The midget, or perhaps a boy, is a trifle taller than either of the Pantzer’s little fellows. The new couple dress in ordinary street clothing.
The
work is clean cut and fast and the beauty
of the whole is that there is always something
doing on the stage. The Lilliputians
do some clever ground work also,
and become favorites instantly.
