A ring act that opens in an unusual way; with a pretty fair song by the woman and a suggestion of dancing, then a few minutes of excellent ring work of which there is but little. A fast snappy act. 8 minutes; open in one and close in F.S.
12 minutes f.s. These boys are original in their manner of putting over an acrobatic act, and with their originality do a very clever routine of tricks making the act exceptional in its line. Went good.
8 min. Three Japs, two of them doing a routine of foot-juggling and risley [sic] work. These boys have been under another name and their stuff goes well through the comedy they inject into their work. Made a very good opener.
7 min. This acrobatic troupe features one trick – the triple somersault – that makes it stand out as one of the best turns of its kind in vaudeville and the rest of their routine consists of a series of shoulder-to-shoulder tricks all well handled and winning applause. Made a very good closing act.
6 minutes f.s. Garden set. Open with a song in one. Draw off to full stage with work on the Roman rings and trapeze. Work like chain-lighting and have some good tricks. A fast opener.
“The Sensational Girl” – balancing act, with a few handsprings; also drops from a platform about 20 ft. high to a table (backwards) on her hands; 7 min. in full stage; went fair only.
6 minutes f.s. Garden. Two girls and two men dressed in white, doing an aerial iron-jaw act. None of the tricks amount to much. As a sight act, the turn made a fairly acceptable opener.
Human jugglers. Work full stage. This act is away from the usual run of acrobatic offering and makes an excellent closing number for the show.
Trapeze act. Works full stage. A mighty good opening number, goes well. M’lle Martha is a very pretty girl and her work on the trapeze is of a most unusual character.
Athlete Featuring the Famous De Voie Tricks. Three clean cut clever men on the swinging rings. Act has been here before and is well known on the circuit. The audience thought it was the best opening act we had this season. I always agree with the audience. Special plush—full stage—10 min.
