Aerial Artists. 10 min full stage. Two men and woman working on flying trapeze. There are half dozen sensations which the Monday audience liked.
Sensational Equilibrists. Nine min in two. Two men both of whom work straight. Their turns are all novelties throughout the act. There is no attempt at clowning, no talk, and no waits. They took three bows last night.
Man and woman in a clever acrobatic performance of a semi-eccentric nature. Good enough for a stronger position on the bill. F.S.
This is a mighty good aerial act and a corking good number with which to open a show. After seeing the bill this afternoon we discovered that is was absolutely necessary to move Houdini a little further up on the program and we put the Russells down to closing, where they went extremely well.
Ring act of very small calibre. Known only locally and not fit for the rest of the circuit. 8 Min. F.S.
Mid-air gymnast on the flying trapeze. Exceptionally clever, splendid opener. Full stage, 5 minutes.
Well known balancing perch. A pleasing act but not appreciated at this place. 10 minutes in one.
9 min. F.S. An act on the lines of the Willy Pantzer combination, but if anything better, having two men, a woman and two boys, the latter being extraordinary gymnasts, doing all the feats of Pantzers and other beside. Received abundant applause all the way through and made a whirlwind close.
27 minutes f.s. open in one 15 minutes. This troupe is certainly a drawing attraction, although they cannot be said to be the riot that they have been in years past. This morning, upon arrival, they announced that they would not go unless the bill was changed. They objected to following Jackson, who it appears was on the same bill with them once before.
This is a local act and a very good one. These boys perform on the flying rings and some of their tricks are decidedly sensational. A good act to open almost any bill.
