The act was twenty minutes long. Wish Wynne is an English character comedienne who sang four songs. One of her numbers is a servant girl song.
"The Wind Blew Another Apple Down"; "School Girl"; "I Were Afraid"
The applause came mostly from the orchestra floor, with very little from the higher priced seats in the upper house.
Wish Wynne performs with pronounced English accents which are pleasing to American ears. She is charming, clever, and has a stage manner that is altogether attractive. Her eyes are expressive and will not soon be forgotten by whoever sees them. While not a whirlwind success, the act could be worked up into a feature.
