"Apple Blossoms" is about a city girl who lived in a country town for a year. The sketch opens as she has just completed a course as a chambermaid in the village hotel. A robbery occurs at the hotel and the mean old sheriff suspects her. He offers a $50 reward for catching the thief. The girl is staying with the mother of the country doctor. She had originally came to the country because her sister died. The doctor is crazy about her, proposing before she leaves town. During this scene the sheriff enters telling that he found the real thief.
The very rural story is pretty, but light. The sketch is very well handled and should get along on any bill.
