There are twelve members to the troupe, but two-thirds spend the greater part of the time standing about the stage, more or less picturesquely, and rattling castanets.
The Congress of Spanish Dancers made an unsatisfactory closing number. A better congress could be recruited out of the chorus of almost any American musical comedy or spectacle.
