Mr. Almond is an established roller and ice dancer. He has full control of his feet and does a pleasing long shoe dance.
Miss Almond plays between times.
The bells should not be played while Mr Almond is on the pedestal in ice skates as it drowns out the sound of steel hitting marble. The stage should also not be darkened when he mounts the pedestal.
