"Sailor" Reilly, the Philadelphia Jackie who made himself quite a favorite here last year while doing recruiting duty for the Navy, was warmly received. Reilly was in poor voice due to a cold, and spoke his songs, but each of his numbers was new and he put them over in good shape despite the handicap under which he worked.
