It took two pages in the program to explain Miss St. Denis' routine.
Those who expected to see some dancing from the well advertised "hoofer" went home disappointed.
Miss St. Denis could perform her act on top of a dally paper. Most of it consists of wiggling her arms and wabbling her hands. Surrounded with an elaborate setting and Ave Hindoos thoroughly rehearsed to sit still, the dancer in spot number seven made a pleasant impression without starting any riot.
