A very clean-cut classy young fellow, who tells a number of stories in English dialect and sings a couple of songs of a similar nature, all wall rendered and well received. He concludes with a recitation that sent him off to a good hand. A far better act than I had been led to expect. I am inclined to believe he will do much better in other cities than New York. Probably he hasn’t got quite enough ginger for the New York audiences. 15 min in one.
