The act was thirteen minutes long.
Robert Ainsley sings in the styles of Al Jolson and Harry Fox. He opens by singing on top of the piano in the orchestra pit and sings his second song while seated with his feet in the pit. He does the third on top of a ladder and the fourth in the audience. Both the closing numbers have some comedy in between them.
"Rum Tum Tiddle"
Ainsley has a great voice and personality, but he has to stop imitating stars on the big time. He has some good original material of his own, and should focus on that so audiences don't brand him as an impersonator. He was a big hit with the audience, and without the Jolson and Fox bits can succeed anywhere on the big or small time.
