The act was twelve minutes long on the full stage.
Rex Fox has a routine on the slack wire. For one trick, he carries a dummy on his back and stops to do a ventriloquy bit halfway across the wire. He also walks on foot-long stilts. He seems to be an Englishman.
The bit with the dummy should be extended and placed toward the beginning of the act. The stilts are thrilling and Fox's pleasing personality and appearance only enhances the act. If he increases his pace, he can open any bill.
