Princess Indita is a snake charmer. She does an introductory speech in which she shows the audience pictures of India and Indian life. She uses several snakes, one of which is a rattler and the other is a harmless yellow one She then performs a “sacrifice” dance. The Princess then points at her lips and receives a kiss from the yellow snake. She also teases the rattlesnake into a fury in which it coils and snaps. She does a “death struggle” with the seemingly trained yellow snake for the finish.
She is a good-looking girl with dark skin and beautiful eyes. The act is remarkable, whether or not what she says about herself is actually true.
