May Yohe

The act was eleven minutes long. May Yohe wears an evening gown and recounts her experience at a society tea in a parlour setting. Two members of the British peerage encouraged her to marry again, but she refused. She wears “phony” jewels made of glass, though her signature replica of the Hope diamond necklace did not appear onstage. She sings two numbers.
"When You Were Sweet Sixteen and I Was Twenty-one"
Yoke's voice is strained at times, but she will do well in any of the smaller "pop" houses.
