Later in the bill, nicely placed, following a big laughing act, Marie Nordstrom injected a classy bit of work that caught the fancy of the house, and she was very well rewarded. Miss Nordstrom has developed considerable more of the real vaudeville atmosphere since she was here last and her material is much better. It is not so much what she has, however, but what she does with it, and a winning stage presence is also a strong asset.
