"The Parson and Cook" - Miss Elinore delivers her unusual monologue, and as usual, it is funny. Her other little story has her as a cook looking for a husband. Sam Williams is a parson looking for a cook. The comedy is built on this. It leads to a series of epigrams, first quoted by Williams and then mutilated by Elinore. Miss Elinore makes a complete change from her comedy costume to a funny wedding dress, without leaving the stage.
The act is plenty of fun, but needs to be quickened in the action.
