The act was fourteen minutes long.
Jock Mills is a “Scotch” comedian who works without grotesque makeup or clowning. He sings four songs in a pleasant baritone and changes costume for each. The first three songs are sung in Scottish brogue and costume and in the third he lists the tribulations of a suffragette’s husband.
His songs were all funny and kept the audience laughing. They "liked him immensely at the American."
He has a keen sense of character and is a hard and honest worker.
