De La Velle and Co.

This sharpshooting act was eight minutes long on the full stage. The performance opens with a man in hunting costume who does a pantomime. The scene is a yard exterior with a noisy parrot in a cage on the side. A young French girl in a short dress then does some clever rifle and revolver shooting. She shoots brittle balls which are held up by target stands. It is unclear whether she or the man is “De La Velle”.
The shooting act is a good one for the big small time.
