“Dreaming” 23 min. F.S. 2 shows. Works with four men, the “White City Quartette”. Received good advance applause. The plot of “Dreaming” is very slender, but it gives Powers and opportunity to display his versatile talents. These legitimate stars fall down so often they them come on the Vaudeville stage, that it is quite a relief to have anyone on the bill who really lives up to a big reputation. Held the interest to the end. Applause after his various songs was strong, and there was a good hand at the finish. At least two hundred people left after his act, showing that a big name had drawn them to the house. Will go better with evening audience.
