The company attempts serious work, but Monday after noon the audience all but laughed them oil' the stage.
To comment further would be but to heap ridicule upon the act. With the Monday matinee verdict mind it is a matter of wonder that the act was permitted to go through the week. That it did so is a grave criticism upon an up-to-date theatre.
