Horseback riding and jumping, a jumping greyhound. High jumping.
Ferner's jumping was clean and the Fifth Avenooers applauded.
Fred Gerner and his jumping turn opened the show proper. The high school horse, with a woman rider, as well as a leaping greyhound, did their usual barrier jumping while Gerner able demonstrated he has not gone back as a high jumper. Gerner's horse appeared handicapped by the short stage turn, yet not accident occurred and there was only one slip.
