Ernest Ball is the latest song writer to attempt vaudeville.
Ball plays his own accompaniments and plays one of his newest ballads. He then performs something about "Rose," which seemed to be the best liked, "Just for a Girl," and and Irish song he wrote for Chauncey Olcott, which he was forced to sing.
"Just for a Girl" got over much better than the song deserved. It has been done to death both here and in Europe. Ball will do well is not placed on too heavy a bill.
