Emmet Dovey and Company, which Included three others, in a sketch "Mother's Diary." Dovey is good and so are those associated with him, but the vehicle is so sentimental that it drags and gets slushy in places. Dovey saves it by some comedy Interpolations. Calling for two back drop scenes in the course of action it also has an inclination to stall in running and wasn't anything for the house to rave over.
