Singing.
Emily Earl is one of those timid, conscientious workers who needs applause to carry her through with success. If the latter fails undoubtedly she will too. In a repertoire of songs, rendered exclusively under a spot-light, combined with two changes of costume, she manages to hold attention. Miss Earl will gradually improve with work, but at the present time needs lots of bracing up for public appearance.
