Singing.
In front of a blue silk drop, in "one," Diana Bonner, billed as "formerly with the Chicago Opera Company," sang five songs in a mellow soprano voice. Miss Bonner is of the blonde type, of statuesque beauty, and her vocal efforts were enthusiastically appreciated. Her opening song was a Spanish number followed by a musical comedy number which also found favor. An operatic aria was followed by a ballad which slowed up the entire act. Miss Bonner could easily eliminate it. As a closing song she used "Rainbows," effectively sung in a spotlight. Miss Bonner possesses a pleasing personality and a voice. As a vaudeville single act of the straight singing kind, Miss Bonner will do.
