Cesar Nesi is billed as “The East Side Caruso” and dresses as an Italian vender.
He does not sing well, but could use the vaudeville stage to further his vocal ability because the crowd seemed to like him. If he were wearing regular evening clothes, however, they probably would have passed him by.
