The act was fourteen minutes long. One man is the comedy Irishman and the other is the straight. They open with crossfire talk in which they argue over whether or not the comedian can sing. The comedian then directs the orchestra to accompany him as he sings off key. After a pause, he sings an Irish ballad in a good voice. They then come together for several duets.
"The audience liked the singing, but passed up the talk."
The men seem to be newcomers to the stage because they do not deliver their lines with confidence. This is a "light small time number."
