The act was fourteen minutes long. Apollo is a “boy wonder” violinist who wears black velvet knickerbockers with a white lace collar and silk stockings. He opens with several “long, heavy” numbers, but brings the audience back on his side with some expert ragtime.
His youth definitely adds to the novelty of the act. He did extremely well in the next-to-opening position.
