The act was twenty-one minutes long. Ada Reeves is an English singer appearing in New York for the first time. She sings five comedy songs in the same gown.
"Beware, Young Women, Beware"; "You Can Do a Lot of Things at the Seaside"; "Luck"; "Good Old Days"; "Sue, Sue, Sue"
"The Colonial liked Miss Reeve, and applauded her strongly enough for an encore after the fifth song, had she cared to take it."
In her own country she is the hit of the music halls, but she will have to work harder in New York where audiences have already seen several acts similar to hers. "Perhaps she will help to draw back into the best vaudeville some of the best people who have deserted it. If the art of Ada Reeve can't do it, they have gone forever."
