The act was twenty-two minutes long on the full stage.
“Harrison Stewart, colored, late of Stewart and Marshall, heads this new act. It is a simple schoolroom arrangement, with three small colored girls and five boys.” The “picks” dance and sing in ensemble.
The signing and dancing is excellent, but the talk is slow in sections. If the act was cut down by five minutes it would be good for the big small time.
