Somehow [sic] another these people failed to make their usual hit here, not scoring at all until they got down to their ‘challenge’ dance at the finish. While this made a hit it did not go nearly as strong as on former occasions. One reason for this I believe is because they are doing identically the same work they have done for the two seasons past, not even changing the music excepting in their opening song. They have introduced however a couple of scenes that have no particular fitness to their act, one representing Hammerstein’s Theatre, New York, and the other a planation in the South. They add a little to the effectiveness of the act however, but I would want to see them introduce something new before I would play them again. 15 min, opening in 2, 2 -1/2, close full stage, 2 shows.
