GYH 3. Two men and a woman in a straight vocal selection. I booked this act on the recommendation of Mr. Lovenberg. They are all three possessed of excellent voices and sing together in perfect harmony. When I heard them sing this morning at rehearsal I thought the act was going to be about as strong as anything we have had in the vocal line in a long time, but somehow or other they did not seem to do exactly what I expected of them in the afternoon performance. This, too, may have been occasioned by the heat partly and by their nervousness – this being their first appearance. One thing is certain, every one of the trio is a most excellent singer and it is a mighty pleasing act and should make a big hit. 15 minutes in one.
