2 shows, 15 min. full stage. Consisting of four handsome ponies and a clever donkey. He opens his act with some hurdle jumping by the ponies and then invites anyone to ride ‘Kruger,’ the donkey. We had several aspirants today, but none were successful, although their attempts were hilariously funny. He closes by having one of the ponies gallop a revolving table and then invites anyone in the audience to attempt the same feat, and if successful, he will present them with his week’s salary. Made the biggest hit of the kind today and it is unquestionably one of the best acts of the kind. I think the act should be gobbled all the time possible while in this country.
