They open the act with an Irish number, “Shame on you, Nancy.” They follow with: “Whoops my Dear,” a “cissy” ditty; a Dutch song, “Schnitzelbaum;” “Skinermarink;” a sequel to “Casey Jones,” “After Casey Jones Was Dead” (describing Mrs. Jones’ next husband); and lastly, “Honey Man.”
The act was well received by the “wise” audience on Monday night.
This “latest rathskeller act from the west” is here to stay. They put over a nice, clean act, with pleasing voices, reinforced by a few steps. They are adequate dialecticians, especially with their “rag” at the finish. The boys should be commended for making an effort to depart from the usual rathskeller trio act. For this reason alone they are deserving of engagements in the east.
