Miss Frederick dresses in perfect taste and makes a singularly comely appearance.
A popular number started her off nicely and a “Ave Maria” gave splendid oportunity for the display of a battery of high notes of perfect purity, while “The Nightingale,” a number with pretty waltz swing, was selected for the ostentatious colorature effects it involved.
Helena Frederick scored with her artistic straight singing act. Miss Frederick is a singer with exceptionally natural gifts and good training.
