Zelland Hunt

The act was thirteen minutes long. Zelland Hunt is a deaf mute who plays piano, draws cartoons, and does some glass etching. He also follows the orchestra in a rag number. The program notes that he is the only “performer-pianist and cartoonist” on vaudeville.

Theo. Bamberg

The act was nine minutes long on the full stage. Bamberg is a “shadowgraphist” who makes shadow pictures with his hands behind a stage light. He is announced as a “European Court Entertainer” who has performed for the likes of King Edward VII of England, the Crown Prince of Sweden, and the Shah of Persia, among many others.

Three Renards

The “comedy acrobats” performed strength tests (in which teeth are the main factor) in an excelling novelty gymnastic offering.

Robbie Gordone

The act was twelve minutes long. Miss Gordone recreates fourteen famous statues by posing. She does rapid changes at a rate of less than one per minute.

Chretienne and Louisette

This novelty impersonation act entitled “From Peasant to Artist” is twenty-eight minutes long on the full stage. Chretienne and Louisette are a Dutch male and female team from Amsterdam. The act begins with a six minute film which depicts the couple performing on the streets of Amsterdam. A manager then offers them a shot at American vaudeville and the rest of the film is their journey across the Atlantic. The two then run down the aisle (in person) and proceed to sing and dance. They begin in authentic Dutch costumes. The man impersonates several foreign conductors while the woman does Spanish, French, and Italian soubret in costume. They then do a wooden shoe dance.

Laradoe’s Statues

This posing act was ten minutes long. Two men and two women do ten poses on a revolving disc in front of a black curtain. The poses were titled “The Abduction of Prosperpine”, “The Fountain”, and “America”.

Allen Shaw

Allen Shaw is a coin manipulator and was onstage for ten minutes.

Paul Perry

This strong act was nine minutes long. Paul Perry has an act similar to Paul Conches. He does heavyweight lifting. He also catches a heavy ball on the back of his neck which is thrown to him from a trap. He also handles giant car wheels and claims that he is the smallest heavyweight lifter that can do so.
