This diving act was eleven minutes long on the full stage.
Two girls in black tights (and bare arms) do a routine of swimming and diving. The tank is announced as fifteen feet long, ten feet wide, and seven feet deep. A well-dressed man in flannels does the announcements. For the finish, an old woman runs down the aisle and claims to be the mother of one of the girls. The girl dives into the water to get away from the woman but she follows her, and jumps into the tank fully clothed. The older woman is announced as the mother of several champion divers who is a champion herself. She wear comedic underclothes which are visible under the water.
The older woman doing somersaults off of the diving got a great amount of applause.
The act is perfect for the small time.
