Dave Johnson

“The Chap with Talking Feet” – Opens with violin, then goes to hard shoe dancing. Received hands while dancing, and had a big hand at finish. 8 min. in olio.

Watson Sisters

(27 mins.) Made a very satisfactory next to closing act with their comedy and songs. They have made a few changes since we last played the act but had no trouble in holding this spot.

Houdini

(26 mins.) He still remains, in our opinion, the greatest of showmen and his present offering created the same amount of interest he has always aroused in this house, where he has appeared often. He was cordially welcomed and his whole act was a big feature.

Ella Rentfod

(22 mins.) Her first appearance here and she made herself a prime favorite at once. Good voice and pleasing personality. She does American and English songs with three impersonations of well-known stage stars and she scored with all her material. Took several bows and made a speech.

Jack McLallen & May Carson

(21 mins.) A big laughing hit. The man does very little skating now but does a great dancing bit on skates on a table and this, with his droll comedy in which he is assisted by the girl, he got a lot of laughs and applause.

J. Kiern Brennan & Jimmy Rule

(18 mins.) Two men, piano and singing, using mostly ballads and working straight. A medley of their own compositions is featured. Good voices and scored strongly.

McDonald Trio O

(7 mins.) A man and two girls in straight bicycle riding. A good looking act and a very good opener.

Koban Japs

6 min in full stage spec. Only a few stunts but all good. Closed the show fairly well.

Courtney Sisters

29 min in full stage. Good program of songs and an excellent string quintette Went over big.
