Moore & Jayne

(20 mins.) This act did very well for us, Moore is a clever comedian and has good material. His associate makes an excellent appearance, has a good singing voice and make a capable foil for Moore’s comedy.

Florence Walton

(16 mins.) This is a classy dancing act, which is particularly strong musically, the violinist really being the big hit of the act. Miss Walton is probably not as well known here as we expected and was disappointing from the drawing standpoint. Her dancing is graceful and pretty to look at, and she has splendid support, but the act as a whole did not create any enthusiasm.

Fisher & Gilmore

(19 mins.) Comedy singing and talking turn by a man and woman. Their singing helps considerably and that got a lot of laughs with their rube comedy talk.

Leo Donnelly

(18 mins.) In addition to being a local boy Donnelly is well known here for his work in several legitimate shows. His present vehicle is a new style of work for him but he did very well with it and had excellent help from the girl in the act. The skit has a lot of good lines and comedy business which brought a liberal amount of laughs. Closed to a good hand.

Huston Ray

(16 mins.) One of the best piano acts we have played and it was warmly appreciated. The addition of the Duo-Art Mechanical piano adds a bit of novelty. He took several bows and did an extra number at the opening performance.

Samaroff & Sonia

(7 mins.) A very good novelty. The dancing of the man and woman being above the average and the work of the dogs is excellent.

Pinkie

With Harold West and Pauline Harris in a dainty vaudeville offering. This act consists of singing, dancing, saxophone, rope throating, etc. Received a good hand through act and a bighand at finish. 14 min.

Grant & Wallace

“Two Versatile Entertainers”. They are acrobats, comedians and saxophone players. Open in one for five minutes with saxophones, then in special with acrobatic stunts. Received hands through act and a good hand at finish. 10 min.

Reed & Selman

In “On the Roof.” This is a comedy skit on the Underworld, consisting principally of dancing and talking. Received laughs through act and a good hand at finish. Carry own cyclo. 12 min.
