Donegan & Allen

(18 mins.) A clever young couple in songs and dances reminiscent of Laddie Cliff in his young days and Ann Pennington. Their dancing was amply rewarded by applause and at the finish the audience demanded a number of bows and a curtain speech. A hit. This act should be taken care of for next season without fail.

Marion Murray & Co.

Presenting a comedy sketch “Likes & Dislikes” – (22 mins.) A well written, well played comedy along new lines that furnished many laughs and closed well. An acquisition to Vaudeville.

Marcelle Fallet

(10 mins.) French violinist. Did very well with four numbers, the last number being especially well received.

“TIP”

(11 mins.) A very intelligent fox terrier, put through a routine of clever stunts by Bob Leo. A good comedy finish. Made a very good opener, particularly appealing to children.

Camilla’s Birds

In novelty in Black and White — Birds all white stage setting in black. Birds do all manner of stunts – chariot racing, fire race, tango and jazz dancing, etc. The audience seemed to enjoy this act, but did not show their appreciation by giving them a hand. 8 min. full.

Mortai & Harris

Men and woman. In “Bum Boyage”. Comedy skit consisting of singing and talking. This act received laughs all through and a good hand at finish. 12 min. in one.

Parshley

Xylophone Playing. Plays several popular numbers and received good hands through act, and a big hand at finish. Special drop in two. 12 min.

Gus Edwards Revue

Snappy act, pretty girls, attractive music and costumes in very good condition. Held the audience intact to the last and then they wanted more. 42 minutes full stage, long close in one.

Devoe & Hosford

Act of songs, piano playing and comedy. I don’t remember what we have had a bigger hit by an act than was given us by these two men. The act should be grabbed and booked for this season and next before their salary gets up in the $600 class. 20 minutes in one.

Harriet Marlotte & Co,

In a sketch “Wish and Wait”. Good sketch, well played as a whole and well received by the audience. 16 minutes full stage.
