Charles King in “Dream Stars”

(24 mins.) A big flash with four girls surrounding the principal. It is all singing and dancing, Mr. King introducing the girls with numbers selected from well-known musical comedy and operatic success. The act is beautifully dressed and staged and was very well received.

Fay Courtney

(14 mins.) Retaining all the popularity she has earned here in the past she was a great big applause hit. Sang four songs and was brought back for an enchore, each member getting over in great shape.

James & Sadie Leonard

(14 mins.) The old-time travesty act this trio did many years ago, brought up to date by the injection of prohibition business. It is still a riot of burlesque low comedy and got lots of laughs.

Allman & Nally

(21 mins.) They are doing about the same act that Allman and Rene Arnold did last season, except that there is not so much comedy to it, Miss Nally playing the part straight. She makes a very good appearance and puts her songs over in good shape. The act close to a good hand.

Jazzland Naval Octette

(16 mins.) These boys got by very nicely, especially with their jazz music, closing to a very good hand. They put plenty of snap into their work.

Sheldon & Dailey

(14 mins.) A straight singing turn by two girls, once working at the piano, and singing a suet at the opening and closing. Fair voices and a good routine of songs.

Face, Hack & Mack

(9 mins.) A very neat acrobatic turn by two men and a woman. Did very well in the opening spot. They have a finishing trick that brought a riot of applause.

Palo & Palet

“Les Bouffons Musical”, Two men; open playing the accordion, dressed as clowns; then play several other instruments. 16 min. in one.; went good.

Mr. & Mrs. Gorden Wilde & Daughter
