Hoey & Mozart

“Leave It To Polly” – Seven women or girls and four men. Have several changes in costume and make a nice appearance. Sorry to say they went rather weak

Santos & Hayes

As usual the big laughing hit of the show. 17 min. in one.

Ben Bernie

Mr. Bernie with his magnetic personality, clever talk and violin, scored his unusual hit. 13 min. in one.

Raymond Bond & Co

In a sketch “Story Book Stuff”. In a very unusual setting, Mr. Bond is giving a very unusual act. It is one of the best sketches we have had in a long time. Plenty of comedy; it is in a new idea and it is well played. Because of the fact that Mr. Bond was a member of our stock Company, the supposition might arise that he made good in Providence for that reason; that is not the fact, our audience expect more from our sotck people than they would from any regular vaudevillians and that would tend to make it more difficult for Mr. Bond than otherwise. In spite of this the act was thoroughly successful, both as to securing laughs and applause. I consider it a thoroughly worth while act and one that should be played, 22 min. full stage.

Mr. & Mrs. Joseph Sorcross

Veteran Minstrel basso and his wife. Mr. Norcross is no longer the vocalist that he was some years ago, but somehow or other, whether it was through sentiment or some other reason, the act certainly made a hit, in fact, it got more applause than any act I recollect seeing very recently. 13 min. in one.

The Decorators

This decided by hokum act certainly makes them laugh, and while there is not much merit to the offering, it is a good vehicle for entertainment and is worth while playing for that reason. 15 min. full stage.

Wallace Galvin

Magician. This man is a very clever worker, has a nice personality and there is considerable comedy injected into his act. A very nice act, well worth playing for No. 1 or 2 spot in any bill. 17 min. in one.

Scottish Romance

With the Jean Gordon Players. Two men and two women; dancing and singing sketch; stage setting represents a camp in the army. Principally Scottish singing and dancing. 17 min. full stage; went good.

Herbert’s “Loop the Loop” and Leaping Dogs

Has about a dozen dogs, pigeons, cats and a rooster which makes a nice appearance on the stage — has them well trained — The leaping dogs is the main feature. Nothing of “Leap-the-Leap.” 7 min. full stage.
