There is little to say about the production. The opening set is a little more than a bare stage. The setting for “Fun in a Restaurant” and “The Girls and the Judge” are two shabby interiors. There is very little to them. The girls perform some costume changes but none of them are new or elaborate.
Mrs. Dr. Munyon and Her
Mrs. “Doc” Munyon showcased some handsome gowns while attempting to sing. For her second last song she ripped off her outer garment leaving her in a slinging gown “which probably would be called a creation in any neighborhood but Eighth and Race streets.” For the last number Mr. Lund looked as if he had been dressed by Melville Ellis and wore a tassel on his cane.
