2 men, one white face and one black face, but the former blackens up for close. In 1. Time 11. Singing and talking. Very good, bright and refreshing.
Time 11. F.S. with a special act. They present a pantomime entitled “The Mysterious Hotel”. The fun is furnished by some original and cleverly executed tricks in “black art”. A big laugh from start to finish.
In 1. Time 11. Songs ordinary; singing, fair. Imitations in children stories, good. Not much applause.
2 men. F.S. Garden. Time 7. One clown. Excellent ring work with great finish. Comedy good.
This is a very pretty act, which I am glad I have got, particularly on this holiday week. But they did not score the hit here that they have been credited with in other places and had I some other closing act, I would move them up two or three pegs. The audience seemed interested however, and they no doubt will attract us lots of patronage, both from children and adults, but the fact remains that they get about as little applause as anything in the bill. 22 Min. Special Set, F.S.
Three men and one woman, in an exceedingly good singing act, which made a hit. 14 Min. in One.
Assisted by Nelson. The well-known pantomimic act, which kept the audience in good humor from start to finish. 20 Min. Special Set, F.S.
Eccentric dancer, who scored well in this position. 13 min. in One.
In a semi-serious sketch, entitled “The Soldier of Prepville”. This a very good playlet, well presented by the actors. Has quite a little comedy touch and I don’t see how it can fail to score anywhere. 20 min. Special Scenery F.S.
Cartoonist. Very clever with the crayon and some comedy touches make it an attractive act in One. 10 Min.
