Carrie De Mar

The act was twenty-three minutes long on the full stage. Carrie De Mar sings several songs in front of a huge opened album suspended in purple velvet. A sheet on the side of the stage announces the title of each song. Her costumes range from a beautiful gown to a light blue silk knickers.

Mabel Berra

The act was fifteen minutes long. Mabel Berra sings original songs and performs in tights. She has supposedly just returned from a “Continental Triumph”, perhaps in France or Germany based on her costume and makeup. She imitates Trentini, sings to some “plants” in the audience, and does a “kid” number. She changes costume several times and conspicuously shows off her right leg.

Robert Ainsley

The act was thirteen minutes long. Robert Ainsley sings in the styles of Al Jolson and Harry Fox. He opens by singing on top of the piano in the orchestra pit and sings his second song while seated with his feet in the pit. He does the third on top of a ladder and the fourth in the audience. Both the closing numbers have some comedy in between them.

Lucy Daly

Lucy Daly headlined the show and did several songs with six chorus girls. During “Different Phases of Life”, there are living representations of the lyrics onstage (i.e. a miser with his coin). She then does an audience song, which is followed by a Parasol song in which members of the audience are invited to throw balls at the girls behind the parasols. The finale is a lively singing and dancing number, with the chorus girls dressed as “showgirls.”

Blossom Seeley

The act was ten minutes long. Blossom Seeley sang four rag songs and did not change costume.

Mae West

The act was eleven minutes long. Mae West is a vaudeville single after having been in a “double” and a principal in a Ziegfeld show. She dresses oddly and sings several rag songs. She sings her last song seated on a chair and finishes with a “loose” dance.
