Al Derby

The act was eleven minutes long on the full stage. Al Derby does a standard routine of bag punching.

Daisy and Chase

The act was thirteen minutes long. One man wearing a flowing tie is an artist and the other plays a “tad” uncle who does comedy talk in dialect. They open by playing the violin and the flute. While the comedian talks, the artist does a sand and oil painting. They finish with a comedy boxing stunt.

Frederick Rodman Law

The act was seventeen minutes long on the full stage. Frederick Rodman Law recently jumped from the Williamsburg Bridge into the East River with a parachute while being filmed and has made a vaudeville act out of it. A backdrop shows the Brooklyn Bridge and a policeman is asleep nearby. A moving picture cameraman and a young blonde woman tell the officer that Law is going to jump and they are going to film it. Law appears, removes his evening clothes, and climbs a ladder at the side of the stage. The stage then goes dark and footage of Law’s original jump is shown. He enters again dripping wet as though he has just been in the river.

The Skatells

The Skatells dance on roller skates. They do many steps that hard shoe dancers do and many new ones as well.

The Cavill Family

The Cavill Family have a routine of diving and swimming. Two young children swim and boost the act.

Belle Gordon

Belle Gordon has a bag punching act. She makes her own announcements and has a female assistant. He former partner Al Barber conducts the orchestra.
