Two men in a musical act playing violin and concertina opening with a little burlesque trapeze stunt that was not much cared for. The musical part of the act goes over fairly well. 13 min. in one.
24 min. This is a remarkable film taken by the Germans, showing the destruction of a number of Merchant vessels during the War. Although the show was running late they held the audience practically intact.
Opens with moving pictures showing the Curtiss machine and others in flight. Then follows an exhibition of the machine itself, the lecturer acquired and held the attention of the house which seemed to be intensely interested in the act. At the conclusion a large number of the audience went upon the stage to examine the machine at close range. The act should prove to be one that will create an unusual amount of talk. 16 minutes, picture sheet in 1, landscape in 5.
Very pretty act of juggling and wire walking, introducing a couple of black poodles and a great number of white pigeons. 8 min. full stage.
(13 mins.) A very good novelty, the best of the talking bird acts we have had here and it was very well liked.
These people have certainly got a novelty and they work it up in great style. They have improved it vastly since they played it at Union Hill and without question now, they are really a first-class act. Held this position in fine style.
This act consists of Dancing, bag punching, trapeze, showing different positions and grips in defense, etc., etc. 35 min. full; went good.
43 min. in 1. and 4 Spec. A novel production with an exceptional jazz orchestra and good comedy. Went very big.
(14 mins.) These two Japs have a real novelty, opening their act with singing and instrumental music and finishing with a clever bit of foot juggling. Opens a little slow but finished to a very good hand.
