Moung Toon and Moung Chet.

MRR-2. Another novelty act and a good one. Two Burmese men introducing some really remarkable juggling work. They use first a bamboo ball and close with glass ones. The latter part of their act is simply marvelous. I do not think the audience fairly appreciates the difficulty of it but they held them to the finish of the act and got a good strong round of applause at the end. 12 minutes. Full stage.

Pelot

3 shows. 15 minutes. Open full stage. Close in one. This young chap makes up as a sort of Simple Simon, and does some very good juggling with various articles. His big hit is made by catching applies on the prongs of a fork, the handle of which he holds in his mouth. He throws several of the apples to persons in the audience, which return them, often with laughable results. Good act.

Juggling Johnsons

Time – 10 minutes – sets: full stage . Carry special setting, which, with, distinguished appearance of the five men, is better and has more wonderful club juggling than any act of its kind in the world. There are four intricate passes when it is impossible for the eye to follow the clubs, the air being filled with multi-collored [sic] clubs. Well worth the money.

W.C. Fields

17 min. F.S. Well known on the circuit. Just as skillful and clever as ever. Fields is not only one excellent comedian but is thoroughly skillful in his manipulation. Made a big finish.

Selka Braatz

In 2 garden. Assisted by older woman who does a little soap bubble juggling. Miss Braatz does the conventional line of work with hats, billiard balls and cues, and rubber balls, all well done. She finishes in the dark juggling torches with pretty effect and closes to big applause.

The Pelots

Went big. Comedy juggling act by man and woman. Both good jugglers and the running line of talk during the work goes immense. Woman works straight, the man using a “silly kid” make-up. Trick of catching apple thrown from the audience on a fork held in the mouth is well worked up and gets ‘em going. Full stage. Time 11 minutes.

Von Cello & Marty

(9 mins.) A very good opener. The man does an excellent routine of good tricks and the act is very attractively staged.

Edwin George

(15 mins.) Used about the same material as on former visits but as usual he was a big hit, going as well as he has ever done here.

Willie Hale & Bro.

(10 mins.) Closed the show for us very satisfactorily with their clean-cut juggling. Have a good routine of showy stuff and present it very well.
